HUNGARIAN NL 1 – FTC and OSC are still unbeaten

Ferencváros and OSC beat big rivals to continue unbeaten run.

Water polo fans enjoyed two big games in Budapest yesterday. 

Ferencváros face Szolnok in the 16th round of the Hungarian Championships. This wasn’t an easy game, Szolnok started well. The visitors gained a 2:1 lead. The 1sd quarter was balanced (3:3). The host players boosted by their fans and turned around a slim deficit to a 5:3, so they lead at halftime. Ferencváros entered the last period with a 8:6 lead and they can held his advantage so they won this game with 10:8. Aaron Younger was the match best player with his 3 goals.

OSC didn’t gave a chanche for Eger yesterday. Krisztián Manhercz carried the day with his 4 goals and Gergő Kovács with his 3. So it was a big victory with a 12:5. Lajos Vad’s team is still 100% on the league table.

Miskolc won the derby confidently in Budapest. The fans didn’s saw big thrills in this game. József Sike’s team kick off the Honvéd with a 6:13

The 4th game in this day was Debrecen-BVSC. The host was the winner team with a big comeback in the last period (5:0) for a 9:6 victory and caught BVSC in points.
